Spectrum Light Block Factory
The brand new Spectrum Light Block factory will be build in the Musaffah industrial area of Abu Dhabi (ICAD I) The factory is expected to be operational by early 2008 and will employ approximately 90 staff.
The factory was designed keeping possible future expansions in mind. Increased demand can be met with a build in extension option to maximise block output as well as to produce re-enforced AAC panels and lintels.
The company has just signed a contract with one of Europe’s most experienced AAC manufacturers, Hötten Maschinenbau GmbH, www.hoetten.de to provide state-of-the-art equipment for the Abu Dhabi factory.
The factory will have an annual output of 300,000m3 a year, using raw materials sourced from Oman, Saudi Arabia and Germany. Most of the output will be used for high rise and villa projects.
Spectrum Light Block Factory was formed as a partnership through Ali & Sons Industrial Projects and other respective investors from Abu Dhabi.
